South Asian Weddings in Orange County
Orange County hosts some of the largest South Asian weddings in Southern California, often with several hundred guests and events spread over three or four days. We plan each event with its own priorities and timeline, then bring the right size team for each one.
For Indian weddings, that includes the haldi, mehndi, sangeet, baraat with horse or car arrival, varmala and pheras. For Pakistani weddings, we cover the dholki, mayun, mehndi, nikah, rukhsati and walima. For Bangladeshi weddings, we capture the gaye holud, akd, reception and bou bhat.

Planning Tips for an Orange County Wedding
Plan around the marine layer
Coastal OC can be overcast in May and June. Soft cloud is flattering for portraits, but for a clear ocean sunset, late summer and early fall are usually the best bet.
Time beach portraits with sunset
We check the exact sunset time for your date and plan a short portrait session 30 to 45 minutes before it, so you can be back for dinner while the light is still glowing.
Check beach and park permits
Some Orange County beaches and parks require a permit for professional photography. We will let you know what is needed for your chosen spots.
Allow time between inland and coastal venues
